Summer Tour

As part of our pre-season warm up for next season we have organised mini pre season tour. The tour will include a tournament against Rothwell Aztecs of Kettering.

The tour date is to be the weekend of 20th & 21st August. The details are yet to be confirmed but the itinery will be something like

Sat 20th August @ 07:30 Coach to leave Rothwell Town
10:30 Arrive at Rothwell, Northamptonshire to take part in the Rothwell Aztecs 11 a-side tournament
Check in to hotel
Bowling in the evening (including meal for the kids)
Breakfast at the hotel
Sunday 21st August @ 12:00 Friendly game/s against (Opposition to be confirmed)
16:00 Coach leaves for home
19:00 Coach arrives back at Rothwell Town

We have subsidised the cost of the trip with the money raised through the tea stall and the bag backing event, and are able to offer this trip for £35 per child & £30 for each accompanying adult. Accommodation is based on two children and two adults sharing. If you wish to have an individual room an additional £25 will be required. The price vary depending on how people want to come along. Parents and siblings are more than welcome to come along and this may reduce the overall rate for the family.

Each child needs to be accompanied by a named adult. The named adult will be responsible for the child throughout the trip, excluding times when we are playing football, when the coaches will be responsible for their welfare as per normal matchdays.

To enable us to book the hotel and confirm coach size and actual cost, could you please let either Rob or Stuart know by Sun 27th Feb so that we can get an idea of the numbers.

All players must be accompanied by either a parent or a named adult, siblings are welcome.
