Once again a fine effort from the CR boys up against a
solid Spartons outfit. A patched up
team, after the late withdrawal of a missed Ryan, showed a now typical fighting
spirit right until the end. Another robust reaction from the lads at the back
in the face of a formidable Fryston forward line. Midfield continue to explore
their roles and worked tirelessly for the cause by battling for tackles, coming
to meet the ball and linking the play from back to front. Special mention must
go to both the remarkable talent of Harry, rewarded with an exceptional goal
and the irrepressible Alex demonstrating incredible energy and endeavour! The two strikers continue to develop their
trade and will undoubtedly be able to add a few tools to the box following this
performance.
